Throughout February I am having a number of special peeps
join me for some warm winter sunshine. All my guests will be answering four
simple questions. So slip on those shades and settle down to meet today's fabby
guest, Nicky Wells.
Bikini or swimsuit?
Swimsuit. But only if I absolutely must. I don’t often go
in the pool anyway (as can’t swim, really) and I’m more of a loose-fitting top
with sarong kinda girl.
Share a memory from your childhood
Running into the waves with my mum and splashing in the
surf during a summer holiday on the German North Sea Island of Sylt. I was six.
From the same holiday, sitting on the deck of the beach café eating chips and Frankfurter
sausages with mustard and ketchup and drinking Fanta. LOL.
Favourite summer drink and why?
Pimms! Because it’s full of fruit and goodness. For the
evening, perhaps a glass or three of frozen Strawberry margaritas.
Poolside or beach for soaking up the sun rays and
favourite place?
Either. Poolside has the advantage of being very civilised
and sand free. On the other hand, you can’t beat the relaxing and calming
impact of the sound of surf on sand. I think my ideal scenario would be a sun lounger
and drinks trolley on the beach, possibly on a small decked area. Favourite
place—any beach in Cornwall. Watergate Bay is a definite go-to place!

Ah, Pauline, this was just what was needed on a cold and blustery (although surprisingly sunny) first day of February. I got my shades firmly on, LOL! Thanks for hosting me today, you rock. *cheers*
