My Christmas Bake Off with Anne's Swiss & Olive Spread!

As part of my Christmas Bake Off, today the wonderfully talented Janet Beasley shares one of the delicious recipes from her Maycly cook book.

More Than Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup.

Ann's Swiss & Olive Spread

6 oz finely shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 c chopped pimentos-stuffed green olives

1/3 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise (depends on how moist you prefer your spread)

1 tsp prepared mustard

1 tsp olive brine

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1 loaf of party rye or pumpernickel bread

Mix all ingredients together and serve with party bread.

Refrigerate leftovers

That recipe is making my mouth water, although I have to say when I first saw the post I thought it said bread, not spread. Either way, love olives and can see myself making up a batch of this.
