Awards & Awards!

I am so delighted, I've received two fabby awards for my Blog.
A BIG thank you to Pat Newcombe, who by the way is a fabby writer and also lives on Lanzarote, for the Stylish Blogger Award.

The Rules for receiving the Stylish Blogger Award are:

1. Thank and link back to the person giving you the award. (A huge thanks Pat!
2. Share 7 Things About Yourself.
3. Award the Blogs Who You Think Deserve This Award.
4. Contact these bloggers and let them know about the award.

Well before I announce my second award.... soooo exciting, here are the seven things you might not know about me:

1. I can not ballroom dance, so no chance of being invited on Strictly Come Dancing!

4. As a child I bit my finger nails
5. I love to sing, but have a terrible voice!
6. I hate cruelty of any kind
7. I'm one of the 30 invited authors at loveahappyending.com

Now it is my turn to make some awards and I award these fabby peeps the Stylish Blogger Award:

Wow! I'm so excited! Thank you Pauline for my award - I'm VERY proud to be a Powerful Woman - and that's something I'm going to remember in my moments of weakness!!

I'm overwhelmed. I haven't won anything since the high jump competition when I was nine years old and that doesn't really count because the girl who was bound to beat me hurt her ankle. Rumours that I kicked her are grossly exaggerated.
Thanks so much, Pauline. I treasure my award.

Thank you so much!!! Wow I am speechless!!! x x x

Congratulations on your awards and on rollerskating in so many places. I used to do more of that when I lived in town. Now I live out in the country and all the roads are rough, narrow and dangerously hilly. I'm not skilled enough to skate out here.

Congrats on the award. I wouldn't feel bad about eating MacDonalds in Singapore, not sure I would know where else to eat.

Hello Clarissa thanks for stopping by. There are some fabby places to eat in Singapore, hence my shame for wolfing down a burger...laugh! x

And a more stylish blogger I've yet to meet! Congrats. How is it that you can rollerblade but you can't dance? Maybe you've never had the right instructor. I'm not very good at dancing but moving to music is good for the sole. ;-)

Hello Ros, at grammar school we were taught to ballroom dance. Still love my rollerblading though! Laugh! Also thanks for the lovely words... x
